FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As soon as you order something from us, an order confirmation will
automatically be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Please also check your spam folder, as automated e-mails are sometimes mistakenly marked as spam. If there is nothing in your spam folder either, please contact us via the contact form.
As soon as you submit your Purchasing Order and after we send you the Performa invoice and you have transferred your deposit, we will email you an order confirmation. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received confirmation of shipping, you can contact us via the contact form and we will resend it.
Important information: Please note that, due to the current situation, it may take 7-14 working days for sample processing and 3-7 days to deliver your parcel.
For large orders, we require 8-12 weeks for orders of 20 feet, with a mix of product items from your chosen items.
To ensure the fastest possible processing, your order will be sent to our production team and processed as soon as it is completed. We will also double-check your purchase order before finalizing it. Subsequent changes or cancellations are therefore no longer possible after you confirm and transfer the deposit.
Important Note: Order changes are accepted within 7 days of your deposit transfer.
Order cancellations made within 7 days of your deposit transfer will not be refunded and will be considered lost.
